Balcony Remodel

A client was looking for options to replace or rebuild an en-suite balcony. Due to excessive rotting of the balcony joists, the client opted to eliminate the balcony. After discussing a possible bay window, the client opted to go with a matching sliding window. The existing sliding door was removed. The rotted joists and decking were removed, the area was re-framed for the window, insulated, re-sided, trimmed and painted. A belly band was installed where the joists had been removed. The interior was trimmed out and stained. Plaster walls and texture were installed to match and custom wooden blinds installed.
