Bathroom Dryrot Repair and Remodel

This client contacted us about a soggy bathroom floor. We started demo-ing the area and ran into rot in the walls, in the floor joist/beam system and into the exterior. The job turned into a semi remodel, which the client was not prepared for. We worked with them to only replace what needed to be and re-installed everything we could. Floor joists and sections of the beam were replaced, new footings were poured under the floor. The framing behind the shower was replaced, prepped for tile and new tile/grout install. New drywall, new laminate flooring, a new window and trim were installed and painted. The toilet, tub and vanity were re-installed.
