Apartment Remodel

This client contacted us about remodeling a series of apartments that they had just purchased. The original contractor had left them a bit of a mess and they needed someone to step in and take over. We worked with them to finish out the apartments, remodeling the interiors, bathrooms and kitchens. Re-framing for exterior sliding doors, installing all new interior doors and trim, installing new drywall/texture and painting all interior areas.

The Wetwall system was used in the bathrooms, LVP was installed throughout each apartment. Tiled backsplashes were installed in the bathrooms and kitchen oven areas, all cabinets, handles and trims installed.
